Small group personal training isn’t just a small class. It’s personal training in small groups whereby you are taught how to progress through weight training safely and effectively, just like you would be in a one-to-one session with a PT.
Offering a large number of memberships and sessions we firmly believe that we have something for everyone. With our coaches coming from all walks of life we believe we have something for everyone at DemoGym.
Recently completing a gym refurbishment we're able to provide the latest and best equipment in our gym.
Find it hard to decide what to eat? Don't worry! We can work with you to find a meal plan that suits your needs!
Injured and struggling to recover? We have an swimming pool onsite that we use to aid with recovery and general wellbeing.
Our members all have individual goals and needs. We're here to ensure you meet them safely and train for longevity.
